This unique design was specifically created to suit sites that have sloped or undulating terrain, perfect to nestle amongst bushland or vegetation on a hills or country site. The building is comprised of a series of modular pavilions that are gradually stepped over the length of the building. The use of bi-fold doors and high level glazing ensures the living spaces are filled with natural light and magnificent sweeping views are carefully framed. A mid-level entrance on the mezzanine level provides easy access inside and outside from the laundry and toilet facilities. A large study and generous sized bedrooms have been incorporated to accommodate a growing family, with the master bedroom having ensuite and walk-in robe. The outdoor decking extends the living space of the lounge room and has a built-in day bed at one end. The selected external materials are visually sympathetic to the natural environment and have been carefully chosen for their ability to withstand the varying Australian climatic conditions.
